Self-care is one of the core values of Healing Touch.  Since I am a certified Healing Touch Practitioner and a certified Level 1 Healing Touch Instructor, I want to be a stellar example of someone who takes care of herself first.

Challenge:  to take care of myself every day, starting today, for an entire year, in ways that nourish me physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually

This blog will:

  • keep me on track and accountable because I have to write in it every day!
  • offer ways to nurture our holistic natures.
  • give suggestions to implement into our daily lives.
  • kickstart my journey of personal transformation through self-care.
