I’d do meditation workouts every day if this was my view. Since this is not the case, I’ll continue to listen to Doreen Virtue’s Chakra Clearing evening meditation before falling asleep. When this habit eventually falls by the wayside – probably because I forget to turn on the CD – I can try following this simple advice from Rick Hanson.
“Even one minute..[of meditation]…is good. …Join me in being committed to meditating every day for at least one minute.”
